What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now & pay for them in equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

 

How do I use Afterpay?

Shop our website & then head to the checkout page. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register & provide payment details.

If you've already used it before, you can just log into your account & complete your order. All purchases must be between $35 - $1,000.

  

What if I can't make a payment?

If you are unable to make an Afterpay payment, late fees will apply. Click here to read more information.

  

How do returns & exchanges work with Afterpay?

Afterpay allows returns & exchanges to be made within our standard return time of 10 days. The items should be returned to Persnickety Jane. Refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from Persnickety Jane to Afterpay. As soon as the refund is processed it will go to your Afterpay online account.
